Title: Characterising of cells for cell therapy- Fluorescence markers and morphology of single cells
Our client develops stem cell based therapies for a range of conditions. For a specific condition, they wanted to investigate the correlations between multiple surface markers, cytokine secretion and cell size to identify the optimum set of parameters for the therapeutic cells. Dexter was used to singulate the cells, making it easier to capture several surface markers along side true cell sizes. Our automated AI driven data analysis can segment out cells in images and measure fluorescence and morphology properties. The cell population clustering provided insights for the client’s hypothesis.
